Mission and Vision Statement

ILA Local 2078 offers services and support for its members and their families. Its mission is to unite dock workers, represent their interests, and provide leadership development. The organization participates in global trade by promoting solidarity and pursuing improved opportunities for its members. ILA Local collaborates with partners at various levels to negotiate wages, working conditions, and benefits through collective bargaining, prioritizing integrity and leadership development.
